General Placement Principles
- Position fans to create cross-ventilation by placing one near a window pulling air in and another on the opposite side pushing air out
- Avoid placing fans directly behind furniture that blocks airflow
- Elevate fans to improve air distribution across the room

Room-by-Room Guide
Bedroom
Place a tower or pedestal fan at the foot of the bed, angled slightly upward. For ceiling fans, ensure the blades are at least 7 feet above the floor and 8-9 inches from the ceiling.
Living Room
Position a floor fan near the main seating area but not directly facing it. Use an air circulator in a corner to keep air moving throughout the space.
