Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods & Delivery
We offer the following shipping methods for deliveries within the United States:
- Standard Shipping (Free): 5-7 business days. Free on all orders over $50.
- Express Shipping: 2-3 business days. Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
- Overnight Shipping: 1 business day. Available for orders placed before 12 PM PT.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package through the carrier's website.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours at info@allseasonbreeze.com or call +19162755319. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
Returns Due to Shipping Issues
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
